Project 365 is A Giving Heart Project's year-round initiative dedicated to supporting unaccompanied youth, students experiencing homelessness, housing insecurity, and other barriers that place their education and future success at risk. The program was created with the understanding that a child's ability to thrive in school is often impacted by challenges that extend far beyond the classroom.
Through Project 365, AGHP works to remove barriers that prevent youth from fully participating in their education, extracurricular activities, and personal development. We provide essential resources such as school supplies, backpacks, books, bedding, hygiene items, clothing, technology support, and other basic necessities that help create stability and dignity for young people navigating difficult circumstances.
Beyond meeting immediate needs, Project 365 helps connect youth and families to community resources, mentorship opportunities, educational supports, and enrichment activities that promote long-term growth and success. Whether it's providing a student with supplies needed to start the school year, helping secure equipment for a school activity, fulfilling a specialty request that removes a barrier to participation, or connecting a family to additional supports, Project 365 is designed to ensure that no young person is left behind because of circumstances beyond their control.
The name Project 365 reflects our commitment to showing up for youth every day of the year—not just during back-to-school season or the holidays. By addressing both immediate needs and long-term opportunities, Project 365 empowers youth to remain engaged in school, build confidence, pursue their goals, and create pathways toward a brighter future.
